Why did Hulings and Associates decide to enter the Leadership search arena?

After almost thirty-years of coming along side organization AFTER they have made a bad hire, we have decided to become more proactive. There is no such thing as the perfect fit for a leadership hire. Every leader hired will have gaps. Finding the perfect leadership hire is a search for the proverbial unicorn. There is no unicorn to be found. Hulings and Associates is committed to finding a great leader, identifying the gaps in that leader, as well as the gaps in the organization.
