Frank Marietta

Frank has mastered the art of the pivot and helps others transition well.

Fueled by leading, inspiring and coaching others to attain their potential, Frank is an innovative and transformational leader who has coached all ages–young people to “seasoned" adults–in athletics, business, education, faith, service and non-profit settings.

After attaining a B.S. from Central Michigan University, Frank earned his M.A. from Western Michigan University, majoring in Educational Leadership. His work in education, business and non-profit has provided him the opportunity to serve in leadership roles both nationally and internationally–in British Columbia, Australia and around his home state of Michigan.

Over the past 22 years, he has sharpened his leadership training at: Ford Motor Company’s Leadership Institute, NIAAA Leadership Training Institute, MHSAA Coach’s Advancement Program, PEAK Learning Systems Leading for Excellence, and Thinking Collaborative’s Cognitive Coaching.

Frank has a strong relational aptitude. Through his intentional coaching style, he imparts practical research-based supports that will build capacity and promote growth to move individuals and organizations forward. Frank will help you develop your people, communicate effectively, uphold your beliefs when navigating situational leadership, win others over and get the right people on the bus and in the right seat for your team to grow.

Along with his wife Andrea and two children, Frank enjoys a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and attending athletic events. He also enjoys cooking and gathering around good food.
